Colville Mountain Builders, LLC specializes in building homes that complement your lifestyle. Loren Gunderson, Owner, has been building homes for over 50 years from the northern Great Plains to the Intermountain West. He first learned construction skills from his father as a way to augment the family’s farming income in rural Minnesota. From there he started a home building company based in Fargo, North Dakota and through several iterations he built approximately 300 single family homes, thousands of multi-family units, and various business properties from restaurants to assisted living facilities across the Great Plains and Northwest regions of the continental United States. 

 

After building his modern mountain style home in rural Colville, Washington, Loren’s interest has turned back to single-family home building.
